Please note, reception are not authorised to take medication requests or medication queries.

I am going on holiday how can I request early?

If you are signed up to System One online/NHS app you can make a custom request by ticking the custom request box or visit our website and request what you need and state clearly you are going on holiday. If neither of these options are possible please pop to the surgery and collect a paper request form from the foyer and pop in the prescription box. These requests will take 3 working days.

I have been asked to continue or change medication by hospital how do I get them added to repeat?

The hospital will send a letter to the GP asking them to continue prescribing, stating the medication, dose, strength and form. This can take 3-4 weeks, however if you need medication before this time, please obtain the letter yourself from hospital and complete a Prescription Question form. We can then send you a text link to send a copy of the letter to us for processing.

Do not bring your letter to reception as they are unable to take them from you.

If you are outside of England you would need to source medication where you are this includes Scotland/Wales and Northern Ireland, if you are abroad you may be charged a fee for the medication.
